Overview:

Assists in facilitating, coordinating, and conducting office procedures to ensure efficiency while supporting the objectives of the Company. This role requires providing excellent service to clients as well as exceptional communication to colleagues. The person in this role is expected to represent the Company in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.


Responsibilities


  • Provide support to selling arborists and management.
  • Utilize data management software.
  • Answer and process incoming phone calls, messages, and emails.
  • Interact with callers utilizing professional techniques to:
    • Screen and pre-qualify prospects.
    • Answer questions.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for selling arborists.
    • Verify information in data management system.
  • Collect and enter data from all phone calls and email communications.
  • Promote and maintain professional relations with co-workers, clients, and prospects.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for office and kitchen.
  • Prepare and mail “Thank You” cards after work is completed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing.
  • Perform related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements


  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment.
  • Skilled in aspects of day-to-day office operations and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: verbal, listening, and writing.
  • Great precision and speed in preparing and entering information.
  • Experienced computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be familiar with Main Line area.
  • Must be comfortable sitting for extended period.
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs.

  • ISA Certified Arborist
  • CDL License A and/or B
  • Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP)
  • Advanced First Aid & CPR
  • Board Certified Master Arborist
  • Plant Health Care Training
