~From Roots to Shoots~

Our commitment to learning continues long after an employee joins our team. We provide on-site training and study support to help team members prepare for and earn their International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist credential. In 2026, seven employees earned their certification, bringing Shreiner Tree Care’s total to 23 ISA Certified Arborists. It’s an investment in our team that ultimately benefits every client we serve.

We believe great service begins with great education. As a knowledge-based company, we’re committed to developing our team through hands-on training, mentorship, and continuing education.

This past summer, we were proud to welcome interns from Williamson College of the Trades and Pennsylvania College of Technology. Working alongside our experienced crews, they gained valuable field experience while learning the skills needed for a career in professional arboriculture. Many of our full-time employees are graduates of these same schools, making these internships an important part of developing the next generation of arborists.
