Steve Shreiner started cutting grass in his neighborhood in Rosemont after pulling this Hahn Eclipse mower from the trash – Cleaned the carb, changed the oil, gas and spark plug and never looked back.

Cranes were becoming popular for tree removals. No tree company had their own crane in those days.

After 10 years at the Slack property and then a short stay in Wayne off of Radnor St, we landed at a spot in Bridgeport which we were grateful to find. Convenient, commercial ground is difficult to find along the Main Line.

The Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) is America’s oldest and most respected tree care trade association and its accreditation program involves validating that a company “perform(s) arboriculture services as a whole, in a manner that follows all regulatory requirements across the board.”
All work is performed in accordance with ANSI A300 and Z133, the standards of arboricultural practices and safety operations.

Kyle Hawk is celebrating 20 years of Shreiner Tree Care. Performing amazing artistic arboriculture for of our clients. His service, care and unique approach has been a great benefit to many of his coworkers through the years. Kyle’s interest in nature, birds, and in particular hawks was fascinating. He is also an accomplished photographer, artist and hillbilly woodworking. Retiring from STC at the end of this year, He will be missed however we wish him our best, as his journey continues.
