My wife and I began using Shreiner Tree Care a couple of years ago, after becoming unsatisfied with another company. We have a considerable number of older trees as well as several more recently planted ornamental trees, so our needs are numerous and varied. Shreiner has consistently met or exceeded our requirements and their workers are knowledgeable and competent. An excellent local company to deal with.

Yesterday, a brief summer thunderstorm with 80+ mph wind gusts, brought several sizable tree tops down on top of several vehicles, doing considerable damages. Shreiner Tree Service responded to my call immediately, mobilizing and dispatching adequate equipment and a highly professional well trained team. They took care of our urgent tree work needs promptly and efficiently.

The word seamless comes to mind when dealing with Shreiner Tree Care. From the initial call all the way through cleanup after the job was complete.

Messages were returned promptly, appointments made and estimates provided in a timely fashion. The work was scheduled and overall the communication was great.

It’s evident in the professionalism and high level of customer service that Shreiner’s goal is to be the top tree care company in the area. For myself, a residential property manager they have my vote that’s for sure.

Keep up the great work!

This couldn't have been easier. We have a River birch that needed some work. Within a day of contacting the client we were able to have a arborist out to look at our tree and within a week we had a crew out to cable the birch and clean it up. You would never have known there was a huge bucket truck on our lawn with the care the crew took to cover the lawn. Great job. Will definitely call on again.

Truly the Best! Having worked with Shreiner Tree Care on various client projects as well as personal properties for 15+ years, the personal and professional service that Steve and every member of his crew demonstrate is unmatched in the industry. No task is too small, nor too large to assure the client is satisfied, the work is performed safely and the landscape is preserved - environmentally and aesthetically. Bonus: going the extra mile to hang a swing from a tree limb for our kids cannot be beat!

What outstanding work! I had a tree fall on my driveway during the recent wind and rain storm. Discovering the tree service I had used in the past was no longer in business, I called Shreiner Tree Care, because they are local. They responded within 10 minutes of my call, and had a team on-site to remove the tree within 30 minutes. The tree crew was efficient and quick and did a really nice job cleaning up when they were done. The female crew chief (I didn't get her name) worked quickly and exceeded my expectations! You have a new customer, Shreiner Tree Care!

We had to take down two large pine trees in our backyard and have powerlines that run through one of the trees. They were in bad shape, but John and his crew were able to take them down in one day and clear out some brush in our backyard quickly and efficiently. They were able to work around the lines and didn’t damage the lawn or surrounding plants. If you have a difficult tree to takedown, I would not hesitate to call Shreiner Tree Care.

On the night of August 13,2018, a giant oak tree lost its footing, fell on our house smashing the chimney and separating the roof at its peak. It was raining heavily. I left a message for Steve Shreiner, and he returned my call at 7 a.m. He was at my house at 8:30 a.m. on August 14, and he had a crew here by 11:30 a.m. They worked until 6 p.m. through heat and rain. The next day, his crew and a crane arrived to finish the job. My house is very old and has a narrow driveway that makes it impossible to bring a crane to the back of the house where the tree had fallen over. Steve carefully constructed a gravel drive over the lawn so the crane could be positioned. Steve was very careful to find where septic line, underground utilities were located. The tree was cut into sections and lifted over the house by the crane. All their work was finished on the second day. (Shreiner will return and remove the temporary gravel drive when the work is finished.) That allowed structural engineers and building consultants to start their work on what will be a long process of reconstruction and repairs. Shreiner Tree Care has great crews. This company is the very best!

Dean and his crew were absolutely amazing. All my conversations with Dean left me in complete confidence of their ability to do the work needed, and with three tall mature trees all 50+ years old, two hollies that needed trimming and one cut down, and a cherry in need of some cabling work, it was no small task! My husband and I are so happy with how much happier and healthier our trees look, and we can't wait to see their renewed vigor come spring. We will be calling on Shreiner again next spring for sure.
